Campaigns
A six-step wizard builds the campaign. Once you approve the first emails, the sequence goes out on its own; lead replies follow the rule you picked.
The six steps
- Identity — who speaks and why: the name, the goal and the profile that signs the campaign (your company or a client’s prospecting profile)
- Contacts — who we write to: from your CRM, an imported list or a new search right there
- Sequence — what the AI should say at each step and when to send it. What you write is guidance, not the email: each lead gets a version written for them
- Sending — the email account that sends, the meeting window and what happens when a lead replies
- Review — the real emails for the first 3 leads, exactly as they will go out. Approve them to release the rest
- Finish — check what you decided and click Finish and send, or Save as draft
When a lead replies
In Sending, under lead replies, you choose:
The reply becomes a draft in the Inbox, Drafts tab. Nothing goes out before you approve it.
The reply goes out after the delay you set: 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours or the next weekday morning. With no choice, the 30-minute default applies.
Sending pace
Each sending account has a daily limit, shown as sends today. There are at least 30 seconds between one email and the next. Without a connected email account, the campaign has nowhere to send from.
After it starts
The campaign shows what was sent, the replies and each contact’s activity. You can pause, resume or delete it. Once it has started, the sender can no longer be changed.
