How clients connect everything
In Prophet, the client is the center: every task, meeting and campaign adds to what Prophet knows about them.
The problem this solves
Anyone serving more than one client knows the scene: Monday morning you open client A's work and try to remember the audience they asked for, where the briefing from two weeks ago is, which tone they approved in the last campaign. Instead of working for the client, you spend half an hour rebuilding the context.
In Prophet, each client keeps its own context. You ask and it remembers; the meeting ends and it learns; the campaign goes out in the tone the client approved.
What goes into the client's page
Briefings, brand guides, contracts, links and facts, on the Knowledge tab. Prophet summarizes each file and searches by meaning, not only by word.
With your calendar connected, the bot can join meetings that have a link to record and transcribe. The analysis brings decisions, deliverables and new facts — and the facts wait for your confirmation on the Briefing tab.
Campaigns and opportunities tied to the client show up on its page, and Prophet uses what it already knows about the client to write.
In a team, the Team tab keeps that client's tasks on a board with owners, due dates and comments.
The path that works best
- Add the client with its website — Prophet fills the profile
- Upload the briefing and brand guide on the Knowledge tab
- Connect email and calendar in Settings → Connections
- Record the next meeting and confirm the facts it brings
- Ask on the dashboard, with the Client type: «how is this client's account doing?» — the answer comes with the whole context
The compound effect
Each confirmed meeting, each file and each reply makes Prophet more useful for that specific client. The more you use it, the better it gets — per client, not in general.
