Calendar and recording
Connect Google Calendar once and the Prophet bot joins meetings with a link on its own. Or paste the link of a meeting that already started.
Connecting the calendar
- In Meetings, click Connect Google Calendar — or go to Settings → Connections
- Authorize access with your Google account
- Calendar meetings start showing up in Meetings, and the bot is scheduled on everything with a link
The Recording card
On the Meetings page, the Recording card holds the choices that apply to every meeting:
On, the bot joins every calendar meeting with a link on its own. Off, you choose Record this one on each.
The analysis costs 30 credits per meeting, charged only when it ends. Off, the meeting stays Recorded, not analyzed and you ask for the analysis whenever you want. The recording costs 270 credits per hour, prorated by the minute.
A meeting linked to a client goes to that client’s shelf in Knowledge.
The name participants see when the bot joins. The default is Prophet Assistant.
Recording a meeting that already started
- In Meetings, click Record a meeting
- Paste the Meet, Zoom or Teams room link
- If you want, tick Record and transcribe only, no analysis — then only the recording is charged, not the analysis
- Send the bot. It joins in about 40 seconds, and the title comes from the conversation itself
During and after
While the bot is in the room, the meeting shows Recording. You can Take the bot out of the room at any time — what was recorded so far is kept. The transcript and analysis arrive a few minutes after the call ends.
The meeting and the client
With the client set up, the meeting is linked to it by the participants’ email. When that does not work, use Link a client on the meeting.
