The client page and the team board
The tabs of a client's page and the task board the team shares per client.
The page's tabs
Open a client in Clients. The header holds name, company and status, editable right there. Below it, the tabs:
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Briefing | The client's profile, confirmed facts and the queue of suggested facts to review |
| Knowledge | The client's file shelves |
| Activity | What happened with the client over time |
| Prospecting profile | The identity used when a campaign goes out as this client: name, value proposition, tone, language and signature |
| Team | The task board — team workspaces only |
The team board
On the Team tab, the client's tasks sit in three columns: To do, Doing and Done. At the top, Responsible for this client lists who looks after the account, and a strip filters by person: All, You or No owner. The whole team sees every client's board.
Working with tasks
- Click Task (or Add task in a column) and type the title
- Drag the card between columns, or use the card menu: Move to…, Assign to me, Copy link, Delete
- Open the card to set Assignees and Due, write the description and comment
- Completed by mistake? The Task done notice has Undo
Who can change a task
Anyone on the team creates, edits, moves and comments on any task.
With Restrict the board to the responsible people on, only the team owner, the client's responsible people, the assignees and the creator change a task. Creating and commenting stay open to everyone.
Bell notifications
When someone assigns, moves or comments on a task, the bell notifies the people tied to it: the assignees, the creator and anyone who already commented — except whoever made the change. The notification's link opens the task on the board.
