Before

For a meeting that has not happened yet, the page shows when it starts and when the bot joins, plus:

  • Still open from last time — what the previous meeting with the same client left pending
  • Suggested agenda, taken from the previous analysis
  • Prepare with Prophet opens a conversation about this meeting, to build the agenda or research the participants
  • Send the bot now, if the meeting started early
Sign in and open: Open Meetings

After: the analysis

In the Summary tab of a ready meeting you find:

  • Decisions, Agreed deliverables, Open items and Risks
  • Next meeting agenda and Next step
  • The source minute of each item: click it to read the excerpt and, if you want, See it in the transcript
  • When an opportunity is linked, the analysis may suggest moving its stage — you decide by applying it

Acting from the meeting

Turn into a task

An agreed deliverable becomes a task on the client board. Only in a team workspace and on a meeting with a client.

Chase it

For deliverables that are with the client, not with your team.

Write the follow-up · Schedule the next one

Open a conversation with Prophet about this meeting.

Ask

Write your question in the field at the top of the meeting and click Ask: it opens a conversation with Prophet about this meeting.

What Prophet learned about the client

  1. The analysis may find facts about the client — a deadline, a name, a preference
  2. Each fact asks you to Confirm or Discard
  3. Only what you confirm goes into the client context

Copying and notes

Copy as Markdown copies the summary, decisions and deliverables. In Notes you write whatever you want about the meeting; Prophet reads it together with the transcript. Notes belong only to whoever recorded the meeting.
