Connecting your apps

Email, calendar and the tools you already use, connected through each one's official sign-in. Connect once and Prophet starts using it.

Where it lives

Everything connects in Settings → Connections, in the Workspace group. The screen has three blocks: Email (the mailboxes that send your campaigns and receive replies), Calendar (the calendar that feeds Meetings and the recording bots) and Other apps (the apps your Workers and automations use).

Sign in and open: Open Settings → Connections
Illustrative exampleEach connected app shows its state with a dot: green when Connected, red when it dropped — and then Reconnect shows up.

How to connect

  1. In the right block, click Connect Mailbox, Connect (calendar) or Connect app
  2. Pick the app. Its official sign-in (Google, Microsoft and others) opens in a new window
  3. Sign in to your account and authorize access
  4. Come back to Prophet: the app shows as Connected

What each block takes

Email

Gmail and Outlook mailboxes. Campaigns go out through them and lead replies arrive in the Outreach inbox.

Calendar

Google Calendar. The next 7 days sync into Meetings, and the recording bots work from that calendar. Sync now, Switch Account and Disconnect live there too.

Other apps

Slack, Notion, Trello, HubSpot and many more, from the Connect app catalog. You can also ask in a task — «connect my Notion» — and Prophet shows the authorization link right there.

When an app drops

Changed passwords and revoked permissions break the connection. You find out from the red dot in Connections, from the dashboard's Health card and from the automation that started failing as «disconnected». Click Reconnect, sign in again and you're done — automations run again on their next execution.

More than one account of the same app

You can connect two accounts of the same app (your work Slack and a client's, for example). In Manage profiles you see each of them.
