How credits work

Credits measure what Prophet does for you: the use of AI models and the actions with a cost, like revealing a contact or analyzing a meeting.

Your plan’s credits

  • Free plan: 500 credits to start, which don’t count toward the monthly limit. On top of those, up to 500 free a month, topped up by up to 50 a day. That limit resets on the 1st of each month
  • Paid plans: a monthly allowance of 2,000 credits (Plus), 5,000 (Pro) or 20,000 (Ultra). Paid plans have no daily credit
  • Each renewal starts the allowance full again: what was left from the previous cycle does not accumulate
  • You get a notice when you have used 80% of the allowance and another when it runs out
  • A team workspace gets no daily credit — it uses the team’s own credits
  • With a low balance, the meeting bot records without analysis; you can ask for the analysis after topping up. Below the minimum of a few minutes of recording, the bot doesn’t join

What things cost

Conversations and automations with AI consume according to the real use of the models. Some actions have a fixed price:

ActionCredits
Revealing a contact in the lead search10 (no email, no charge)
Verifying an email2
Analyzing a meeting30, when it ends
Recording a meeting270 per hour, prorated by the minute. The bot records only what the balance pays for: if it runs short, it stops early and the analysis covers the recorded part.
WhatsApp notice from Prophet4 per notice delivered (20 if the template is a marketing one)
Automation that only runs a script2 per run

Types of credit

Credits that expire

Come with the monthly subscription and renew on the billing date. What is left at the end of the cycle does not carry over — that is why they are used first.

Credits that don’t expire

Come from one-off purchases (on paid plans; in a team, only the owner buys) or refunds. They are only used after the expiring ones run out.

In a team

The team has its own wallet. When it reaches zero, the team’s runs do not start — nobody’s personal balance is ever used. The owner can move non-expiring credits from their personal account to the team in Settings → Team settings.

Seeing usage

In Settings → Usage:

  • Pick the period
  • See the total used and each conversation’s usage
  • In a team, the owner sees everyone’s usage; each member sees their own
Sign in and open: Open Settings → Usage

Spending less

  • Clear requests — a vague request needs back and forth, and each round costs
  • Advanced mode only when needed — for the rest, the default mode does it
  • One conversation per subject — Prophet reuses what it already read in the conversation; for a new subject, start another
  • A script-only automation when the routine is always the same

Plan and purchases

Plan, subscription and one-off purchases are in Settings → Plan & Billing — in a team, only the owner sees that page.
