Workspace knowledge
Your business's files, organized on shelves, which Prophet uses in its answers, proposals and emails.
What it is for
Knowledge, in the sidebar, keeps what applies to your whole business: what you sell, how you work, the templates you reuse. Whatever you keep there, Prophet uses in its answers, proposals and emails — without you attaching it again. The page works like a file explorer: the path at the top shows where you are, Up one level goes back, the search looks inside the open folder and Icons / Details switch the view.
The «Your business» shelves
Every workspace starts with six shelves, named in Portuguese:

How to add
- Drop a file on a folder (a shelf or a client) or on the background of the open folder — Prophet picks the shelf from the file name, tells you where it went and offers Move
- Or use Add: Upload file, Paste text or Add link
- Accepted formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, CSV and images (PNG, JPG)
- Create your own shelves with New shelf — you or Prophet, like «Finance» or «Legal»
Summaries and space
Each file gets a summary within seconds. If a summary fails, the shelf shows the count and the file has Try again. The page header shows how many files the workspace has and how much of its space is used.
Client folders
Next to Your business, Clients has one folder per client, with their logo. It opens that client's shelves, and there you drop, upload, move files and create shelves just like in the business ones. Open the client takes you to the client's page, where the facts and what Prophet knows about them live.
How Prophet uses it
When a request needs what is in the base, Prophet searches by meaning and quotes the right passage, even if you ask with different words.
On the dashboard, the field's + → Context → Knowledge marks a document for that request. Prophet gets its name and summary and reads the rest when it needs to.
The workspace base is shared: the whole team sees and uses the same shelves.
