Account and access
How to sign in, what to do without a password, how to switch workspaces and who to ask if you lost access.

Signing in
The sign-in screen offers two paths, and neither asks for a password:
- Continue with Google — signs in with your Google account
- Your email + Send magic link — you get a link by email and sign in by clicking it. The link is valid for 1 hour; if it expires, ask for another on the same screen
Forgot your password?
Most accounts have no password: the email link is how you sign in. If you created the account with email and password, the password sign-in screen has Forgot your password?, which sends a link to set a new one.
Your profile
Settings → Profile holds your personal details, the same in every workspace:
- Name and photo (JPG, PNG or GIF, up to 5 MB)
- Interface language
- Your email shows there, but it is not changed on that screen
- Delete Account — with a 30-day grace period (you can cancel within it) or immediate deletion
Sign in and open: Open Settings → Profile
Switching workspaces
You can have your personal account and belong to teams. Each one is a workspace, with its own clients, credits and plan.
- Click your photo in the sidebar footer
- Under Workspaces, choose your personal account or a team
- Prophet returns to the dashboard in the chosen workspace. Balance, plan and data become that workspace's
Lost access? If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder and that the email is spelled exactly like the account's. If you cannot get in at all — you changed email, you lost access to the inbox — write to suporte@prophet.build from an address you can prove is yours, telling us which email the account used.
