The dashboard and «Needs you»

The home screen: the request field, the queue of what is waiting on a decision from you and, alongside, today's agenda and the account's health.

What is on the dashboard

Tasks, in the sidebar, opens the dashboard. The request field sits at the top — everything starts there. Below it, the Needs you queue. In the right column: First steps (while setup is pending), Today with the day's meetings, recent conversations and Health, with your credit balance and any connection that dropped.

Sign in and open: Open the dashboard

The «Needs you» queue

A list of what is waiting on an action from you, from most to least urgent. Each row has a button that takes you straight to the right screen. The row types:

  • Meetings in the next 24 hours
  • Campaign drafts awaiting approval and lead replies to classify
  • Interested leads that are not an opportunity yet
  • Stalled opportunities and won opportunities that are not a client yet
  • Meetings with no client linked and meeting analyses ready to read
  • New client facts awaiting confirmation and knowledge files whose summary failed
  • Team invitations about to expire
  • Automations that stopped working

New account: «Start here»

While the account has no history, Start here shows in place of the queue, with a card for each request type. Clicking a card selects that type in the field. Above the field, a rotating banner suggests what is still missing: your email, your calendar, the company profile or an integration that stopped.

Queue × bell notifications

Needs you

It is state: it says what is pending right now and disappears when the pending item is done.

The bell

It sits in the sidebar footer, next to your photo. It is events: it records what happened — an automation that failed, a lead that replied, a reply from support — and leaves the unread list when you open it.
