Prophet and Workers

The default Prophet handles most requests. A Worker is a Prophet with its own instructions, tools and apps, for work that repeats.

The default Prophet

When you open a new task, the one answering is Prophet: a generalist, with access to the product tools and the apps you connected. It handles most things.

What a Worker is

When you do the same kind of work every week, it is worth creating a Worker. It has:

  • Its own Instructions — the role, the tone, what to always do
  • Tools — only the ones that make sense for that work
  • Integrations — the apps it uses
  • Knowledge — reference documents of its own
  • Automations — the routines it runs
Sign in and open: Open Workers

Creating a Worker

  1. In Workers, click Create New Worker
  2. Choose how: Configure Manually, Configure by Chat (you describe it and the AI builds it) or Explore Templates
  3. Adjust the Instructions, Tools, Integrations, Knowledge and Automations tabs and save

Using a Worker

In a new task

In the «+» of the request box, under how to do it → Worker, pick which one answers.

In a conversation

In the conversation «+», under Worker. Switching Workers turns back on any apps that were off in that conversation.

In an automation

When creating the automation, pick the Worker that runs it.

In a team

Each person has their own Workers, with their own connections. To bring a Worker to someone else on the team, publish it as a template: whoever installs it gets a copy that uses their own connections.
