The three parts of the page

Latest

The most recent meeting — or the one happening now — with what came out of it and how many deliverables are still open.

The week

The days of the week with each day’s meetings. On each one you can Link a client, choose Record this one or Don’t record, and Prepare.

Recorded

Everything recorded, with the filters All, With client, With open items, With a problem and Internal, and search by title, client or what was said.

Open points

Next to the list, the open points gather what needs you: meetings the bot could not join, ready analyses you have not opened, recordings without analysis, this week’s meetings without a client and agreed deliverables with no owner.

The state of each meeting

StateWhat it means
Bot will joinThe bot is scheduled and joins on its own at the start time
Not recordingYou chose not to record this meeting
No linkThe event has no Meet, Zoom or Teams link, so there is nowhere for the bot to join
RecordingThe bot is in the room now
AnalyzingThe transcript is ready and the analysis is running
ReadySummary, decisions and deliverables are available
Bot couldn’t joinThe bot tried and could not get in. Nothing was recorded or charged
Recorded, not analyzedThere is a transcript, but analysis is off. You can ask for it later
No transcriptThe meeting was recorded, but the transcript did not become available. Nothing was charged
CancelledThe event left the calendar

When you see «Bot couldn’t join»

Open the meeting: it shows the reason the platform returned — for example, the room only accepts signed-in participants, the organizer refused entry or nobody let the bot out of the waiting room.

  1. If the meeting is still going on, click Try again
  2. Next time, ask the organizer to let guests in — or create the room yourself
  3. Google Meet rooms created by a personal Gmail account only accept signed-in people; the bot joins without signing in. Use a link created by a Google Workspace account
  4. If the reason makes no sense, use Ask for help on the meeting itself: the ticket is already about it
