About Prophet

What is Prophet?

An AI operations platform for agencies. It connects clients, meetings, documents and tools, understands the context of each account and runs part of the routine with agents and automations.

Who is Prophet for?

For agencies and service teams that handle many clients at once and want to deliver more without growing the team.

Does Prophet replace Trello, Gmail or Google Drive?

No. It works inside the tools your agency already uses: it reads, updates and moves information in them instead of asking the team to switch systems. See Connect apps.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You ask the way you would ask someone on your team, and Prophet builds what is needed.

Agents and automations

Can agents actually do the work?

Yes. They update tasks, send messages and move data in the connected tools. Sensitive actions, such as deleting something or replying to a lead in a campaign that requires approval, wait for your click.

Is Prophet an automation tool?

That too, but without flowcharts. You describe the process in plain language and it becomes an automation, with the history of every run.

Do automations run when nobody is using Prophet?

Yes. They run on schedule or when something happens in a tool, even with the platform closed. See Scheduled automations.

What happens when an automation fails?

The automation row shows the reason in plain words and what to do next, and you get a notice in the bell. See The automation list.

Meetings

Does Prophet record my meetings?

Only the ones you choose. It joins the call as a participant everyone can see, and when the call ends it delivers the summary, the decisions and the tasks. See Meetings.

Security and data

Is my clients’ data used to train AI models?

No. Prophet uses models under commercial agreements that do not use what you send to train models.

Does Prophet store the passwords of my apps?

No. Gmail, Drive, Trello and other apps are connected through each app’s official sign-in screen. API keys you add are stored encrypted in the workspace vault.

Does Prophet follow standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001?

Connections to your apps live in a SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified environment, and the infrastructure runs on providers with the same certifications. Everything travels encrypted, and credentials are encrypted at rest. Need a security questionnaire? Open a ticket.

How do I remove someone from the team?

The team owner removes the person in Settings. Access ends immediately, and the work they did stays with the workspace. See Team.

Plans and credits

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Basic plan starts with 500 credits, outside the monthly limit, and refills up to 50 a day, up to 500 free credits a month. See Credits.
