Use case · Meetings

The meeting ends and the tasks are already created.

Prophet joins the call as a participant and records the conversation. When everyone leaves, it analyzes the recording and delivers the summary, the decisions and the tasks with owner and due date in the tool your team already uses.

The problem

  • Nobody wants to take notes, and what was decided stays only in the memory of whoever was there.
  • Agreed tasks arrive late, without an owner or a due date.
  • Weeks later, nobody remembers what the client asked for.

How it works

  1. Connect your calendar or paste the link

With Google Calendar connected, you choose which meetings to record. Or paste the Meet, Zoom or Teams link and the bot joins right away.

  2. The bot joins in the open

It shows up in the call as one more participant, so everyone knows the conversation is being recorded.

  3. After the call, the analysis

When the meeting ends, Prophet separates the summary, decisions and deliverables and saves everything to the client’s profile.

  4. Tasks in the team’s tool

Deliverables become tasks with owner and due date in Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion or whatever tool the team uses.

Ask like this

  • Join the Atlas status meeting at 11am and move the deliverables to the client’s Trello.
  • After every client meeting, create the tasks in ClickUp with owner and due date.
  • Summarize the last meeting with Casa Verde and draft an email with the next steps.
  • What did Julia ask about the report in Wednesday’s meeting?

Questions about meetings.

Which platforms does the bot join?

Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings, through your connected calendar or a link pasted into Prophet.

When do the summary and tasks show up?

After the call ends. During the meeting the bot only records; the analysis starts when everyone leaves and the result is ready a few minutes later.

Do participants know the meeting is being recorded?

Yes. The bot appears in the call as a participant. You choose which calendar meetings get recorded, or send the bot only when you want to.

Where do the tasks go?

To the tool your team already uses, such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp or Notion, with owner and due date, and they also stay linked to the client’s profile.

Can I ask about an old meeting?

Yes. Ask in plain words what was decided or requested and the answer comes with the minute of the meeting when it was said.

How is recording charged?

Recording uses credits in proportion to the meeting length, and the analysis has a fixed cost per meeting. The amounts are in the Help center article about credits.
