Use case · B2B prospecting

From the right audience to the first conversation.

Describe your ideal client in plain words. Prophet finds companies and decision makers, checks emails before sending and sends a personalized sequence, with replies arriving as drafts for you to approve.

The problem

  • Building prospect lists by hand takes hours the team doesn’t have.
  • Wrong emails bounce and burn the agency’s sending domain.
  • Follow-up depends on someone remembering, and proposals go cold.

How it works

  1. Describe the audience

Job title, industry, company size and location, the way you would explain it to someone on the team.

  2. Check the contacts

Prophet shows how many people match the profile and verifies each contact’s email before sending.

  3. Send the sequence

The campaign goes out from the connected mailbox, with personalized messages and the next touches at the pace you set.

  4. Approve the replies

When a lead replies, the answer arrives as a draft in the campaign inbox, waiting for your click.

Ask like this

  • Find dental clinics in Austin that advertise on Instagram and send a first email introducing the agency.
  • Search for marketing directors at retail companies in New York with 11 to 50 employees.
  • Follow up on proposals that have been stalled for more than 7 days.
  • Every morning, send me a summary of the leads that replied yesterday.

Questions about prospecting.

Where do the contacts come from?

From a B2B database of companies and professionals searched by job title, industry, size and location. Searching is free; revealing a contact’s email uses credits.

Are the emails verified?

Yes. Each email is checked before sending, and invalid addresses are left out so they don’t hurt the agency’s domain.

Which mailbox does the campaign send from?

From the agency mailbox you connect, such as Gmail, within a daily sending limit per mailbox.

Does Prophet reply to leads on its own?

Not by default: the reply arrives as a draft for you to approve. If you prefer, the campaign can reply on its own after a delay you choose.

What about people who ask not to be contacted?

Campaign emails carry the unsubscribe option recognized by email providers, and anyone who opts out goes on a block list and receives no more contacts from your account.
